Baty Vision Systems – Venture Plus XT
The Venture Plus XT breaks new ground in design and innovation using
frictionless linear drives, which are the key to its fast and exceptionally
smooth motion.
The Venture Plus XT is available in 4 models:
- VP-80100-CNC-XT with 800mm x 1000mm x 460mm measuring range
- VP-80160-CNC-XT with 800mm x 1600mm x 460mm measuring range
- VP-100120-CNC-XT with 1000mm x 1200mm x 750mm measuring range
- VP-100200-CNC-XT with 1000mm x 2000mm x 750mm measuring range
The table and Y-axis rail are constructed from granite to take full advantage of its outstanding natural thermal density, and the noncontact linear motors have no wearing parts which improve reliability and reduce maintenance. The drives are strategically positioned to allow any heat generated to be absorbed by the granite, thermally isolating them from the axis encoders.
As a result of this ground-breaking innovation, the Venture Plus XT is an exceptionally fast, smooth, and silent machine with a first-term accuracy specification of under two microns.
